"Todas las instalaciones, el desayuno, el personal, la limpieza en la habitación y en todo el hotel en general fue excelente…Si algo tenemos para comentar, porque fue lo único que nos creó cierta incomodidad y molestia, y es que en el baño estaba tapiada, cerrada con una placa, la rejilla de la ventilación…Entonces, ..."

They lost my reservation
"Location is good, good view, clean. But they didnt have my reservation and wanted me initially to pay again. It took 45 minutes to checkin and to solve it somehow. From an administrative point of view a complete mess. Terrible/No communication before arrival, no answer to questions, no ..."
