* POOL HEATING *
The pool can be heated for $250 per week plus taxes and applicable credit card processing fees (prorated for longer stays).

* DOCK *
The private 50-foot dock offers 30-amp power, water, lighting, and a fish-cleaning station. Please confirm every vessel with us before arrival

* BOOKING TERMS *
7-night minimum stay. The primary guest must be 25 or older and present during the stay.
