Sala de sol fuera de la cocina totalmente equipada con vista al canal de 80 pies de ancho y muelle de 70 pies. Acceso al golfo y al océano. El patio consta de dos niveles de cubierta de azulejos mexicanos, parrilla de gas, con sala de juegos que se abre al patio. Garaje de gran tamaño y área de estacionamiento, con espacio para bote y remolque. A solo un rápido paseo en bicicleta desde Sombrero Beach. El patio delantero se encuentra directamente al otro lado del campo de golf. The home was spacious enough that you could find various places for privacy: on the grounds or in the home (if so desired). The Furniture was comfortable. Bathrooms were updated, nice and clean. While the kitchen was older, it was well stocked so we could comfortably cook and eat outside on the patio or inside the sun room but still waterfront! We had our 9 month old daughter with us and I forgot her playpen and was so happy to see they had one on the premises! Very relaxing week! Would definitely rent this home again! ##### Tom S. We walked into the house and everyone was excited with what we had. Gorgeous view of the channel which made coffee in the morning that much better. The location was great. The house is quietly off the main rode and away from the tourist trap of Key West. We rode bikes to a very nice beach and the next day drove to another beach down the rode and found out what we had was far nicer. If needed, we could walk to the grocery store. We rented paddle boards & Kayaks one day and paddle to the mangroves. Jeffery was quick to respond to any questions we had and check in was a piece of cake. Our family has started the conversation of making this the location for an annual get together. ##### Mark M.
