"This property is like sleeping like a museum - full of character and brings you back in time. Bed was comfortable. Room was spacious and every inch of space is thought out. Right by the main street, so conveniently located. Parking is ample. They even provided complimentary snacks (chocolate and sparkling soda) which was greatly appreciated. Would absolutely stay here again. "

"I’ll preface by saying I know it’s the off season… but we found there was usually nobody around and things were pretty neglected. We found everything comfortable enough, our room had been cleaned and linens were clean, but the rooms are not in the best condition. Ther stairs to the building had thick ice. The rooms that you enter via a hallway are noisy (the key code for the door is super loud!) and make it feel more like shared accommodation."

"Great location when you come to fish the Margaree River or for an overnight stay when touring. Building and grounds are good for children with lots of space and set back from the road. If you don’t cook you need to drive 25 minutes or so to go for evening meal.My only critique of the cottage would be that in my opinion the beds need eventual upgrading."

"I stayed here for a total of 2 weeks separated into 2 blocks for the conclusion of my work project in Cheticamp. The cottage is very cozy the bed is that perfect level of comfort. It is a cottage so expect to encounter flies from time to time; that's just par for the course. Angela the owner is a very kind person and great to chat with! Highly recommend visiting the local Coop and snagging a mini propane cylinder and some grilling meat and enjoy your evenings on the front porch grilling up a delicious feast along with a cold one!"
