I request to get my luggage and he asked me to sit down first. Waited 10 mins and turned out he’s forgot my request and freely chatting with the senior manager. I stood closer and the manager gave him a hint. Saw me but then continued to chat then slowly went to take a wrong luggage to me. No apologises whatsoever. It was late at 12am and I just wanted to m shower and sleep since I had a very early meeting. Meanwhile the (suppose) senior manager just bounces every request to others by saying : you can find my colleague.
