“The hotel itself is fantastic. The rooms are beautiful and well maintained, the amenities including the gym and spa are both outstanding. Carlos who provided service by the beach was incredible. However, most things were 85% done correctly meaning everything was kind of off. The butler service was lacking. “We had an amazing stay here. All the staff were fantastic. It is some of the best service we have ever experienced in a hotel, everything felt so personal, and the extra amenities such as coffee and bags to take to the beach with towels, coolers and a blanket were great added touches.
The style of the hotel is also beautiful and creates a very welcoming atmosphere. I cannot recommend enough.”
