Workers was friendly, tried to keep us safe with mandatory mask while in doors.
But when we got there our room Air conditioning wasn’t working. Room was almost as hot as outside. We spent our 1st day trying to get it fix, instead of offering to change room they keep sending someone to fix it and then telling us to wait. Also our mini frig was hit and not cold which made all our drinks warm. We had to finally ask for a nee room the next day, instead of apologizing I had to explain again why I want a new room and after all that they said the room they’re giving me isn’t ready and I will have to wait. Bad customer service.
Food was ok.a lot of waiting around. Also room set up is very weird, no elevator from main floor to the high upper floor. Like my room was on the 7th floor and I would have to take an elevator from the 1st floor to the 4th floor then walk down to another elevator to get to the 7th floor. A lot of walking in the heat, nothing is close by. Room service takes about an hour to 2 hrs.
Pool area, water was super warm, pool side service was ok once we tip the server well, he came back more often. Kids pool was cool, nice, fun and water was cooler, kids love the slides. Only thing is no seat down around the kids pool so you would have to go down with them or stand up and look over to see the kids pool area, if you sit in the chair you wouldn’t be able to see anything. customer service what really ruined it for me, there was 15 of us and we all had some issue.
