“Very nice room. Bed was comfortable. However our suite was next to the elevator so we listened to the elevator going up and down until about 11 pm.”

“Helpful staff and simple breakfast included, but lots of hair on pillows and slow internet.”

“The restaurant, Tapps, is excellent. Might be the best restaurant in Jamestown. Breakfast was reasonable, except they ran out of yogourt and it took 2 days to get more. Hot tub also closed during our stay, we were there for 5 nights. Hotel is getting a little run down. Our biggest issue were the children running, screaming or crying outside our door from the families of staff who are living at the hotel full time. Lastly our kitchenette was extremely limited, 3 spoons, no knives or forks……

“Nice clean room, bathroom was nice with walk-in shower. One thing to note, we booked a king with sofa. The description did not say that the sofa pulled out, it said 3 person max in the room. We were a little worried about this as we have 2 boys, but when we got there we found it did pull out so was perfect for us. Description needs to be updated though. The boys loved the water slides and are already asking to go back! ”

“Entire property was filthy! Bed sheets were torn, pillows very old and hard. Loby was locked during allowing no entry during breakfast time. ”

“Unloved and below Comfort Inn standards. This property is poorly maintained, with junk and liter everywhere and is worn out. Management clearly does not care and prioritizes profit while providing the least possible amount of service. This was the highest cost property we stayed in on our cross country journey with the least value of any economy stay.”
