"The staff was rude especially early morning breakfast staff. She talked trash about us to another guest in the breakfast room. Because I had asked how the coffee thing worked it wasn’t coming out. Midnight staff had an issue with us sitting on the couch in the lobby area by the play ground even tho we were quiet. The pool was down. "

"Great communication with owners. Close to lake. Property was up for sale, but we were not informed of that. There was a separate lockbox for the realtor and we were worried they’d have a showing during our stay. Cute decor; nicely decorated. It could’ve been cleaned better; everything was quite dusty. Overall nice place would just recommend a better cleaning."

"Previous reviews rated breakfast as excellent. We found it to be barely mediocre, coffee was all out at 7:30am and was barely drinkable when freshly made. Would not stay at this property for free in the future"

"Oh gosh, the front desk people were fabulous! Kind, caring, funny, and wonderful, as was the lady who took care of breakfast. What I didn't care for (and I understand the hotel is undergoing renovations!) was that the pool was closed (no notice), the toilet in our bathroom was so low to the ground that it was hard to get up, the grout was missing on the floor in the bathroom, and the channels listed on the TV guide were not available. Other than that it was a good stay. Once the renovations are done, it will be fabulous."
