Absolutely beautiful property. The hotel is incredible and the staff is amazing. One of the nicest places I've ever stayed. The people were so friendly, shout out to Mohamed in the bar for pouring great cocktails and enhancing our experience. Would love to go back here again, it's a really special place.

Overall, a good stay with a pleasant experience. The hotel itself was lovely, but there were a couple of areas that could be improved. The air conditioning in the room could not be controlled directly, so we had to call reception each time to adjust the settings. Service was always polite and helpful, though the hotel did feel slightly understaffed at times.

Staying at Kasbah D'If is like stepping into a desert sanctuary. Just 20-23 minutes from the airport and city, it feels worlds away. Peaceful, luxurious, and effortlessly stylish. The traditional architecture blends seamlessly with contemporary touches. Comfortable, serene, and beautifully designed, it’s a perfect escape for anyone seeking calm and elegance.

Stunning property and lovely to be shown around by the team. Room was gorgeous but bathroom very impractical. Flush didn't work well and shower water leaked over floor. Also a very cramped space. However you get a whole living space...maybe propertions not thought out. Spa was fantastic although massage was mediocre, with poor communication from therapists about what was happening. Dinner was nice and breakfast outside was gorgeous. Didn't have time for outside pool but it looked great. A bit cold and windy (Feb). However enjoyed just wandering and looking at decor and gardens. Rest of staff ultra polite. Very quiet and restful space after hectic Marrakech.

Kasbah D’if is a stunning property, very well designed and curated, but severely lacking in service and an understanding of how to operate in the luxury hotel space. The staff do not speak English, so communication is also rather difficult. One of the owners’ initiatives is to employ local people from the surrounding desert area, so it is very much a “work in progress.” Do not book this hotel if you’re used to 5-star attentive service where staff are at your beck and call, as you will quite disappointed.

Beautiful property, but the service needs significant improvement. We stayed for three nights in September. Kasbah D’If is stunning, peaceful and beautifully located away from the city. The pool and spa were lovely, and I particularly enjoyed my prenatal massage. The staff were generally friendly and, when managers became involved, extremely helpful. Unfortunately, the overall service and organisation did not feel five-star. We booked a cooking class a week in advance, but on arrival it seemed nobody was expecting us. There was no common language with the chef and it took 45 minutes to find a translator. The class became more of a demonstration due to the limited kitchen space, and basic things such as offering water were overlooked. When I became dizzy from the heat, the staff kindly found me a chair and fruit. The manager handled our concerns very well, waived the cost and gave us the food. There were several other avoidable issues: I ordered Champagne but was initially served flat Prosecco; I was directed to the men’s bathroom at breakfast; and we waited 15 minutes at reception for a tour before being told the English-speaking staff member had not arrived. On arrival at 10pm, a bedside plug was not working and required an engineer, while the AC could only be controlled from reception. The property is genuinely special, but attention to detail, communication and organisation currently fall short of five-star standards so at this stage we wouldn’t consider returning.

An unforgettable experience. We stayed in a perfectly handcrafted Kasbah where every detail was thoughtfully designed. The service was genuinely warm, and the spa and facilities were breathtaking. We expected it to be good, but it still exceeded our expectations. Do yourself a favor—go here. You won’t truly understand until you’ve been.

Make sure you book this place ASAP before it blows up. It deserves global recognition for what the owners have achieved here. It's incredible and worth the cost. It's one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The interior designer has done such a good job how they have styled this place out. Architects deserve credit too for how they have combined traditional feel with a modern twist. The service is exceptional too. Spa is just next level and can go toe to toe with some of the best in World. It truly is the gold standard in morroco , the best in class to what a boutique hotel should be.
