Staff was amzing, seems to be overrated for 5 stars, a negative point is that there lots of works going on, at the lobby can barely hear each others, i am sure someone can make the right suggestions

Everything about villa shemsmoon is just perfect. The property is beautiful, the staff are amazing, everything ran so smoothly and seamlessly.
