Room was clean, terrace was clean and well maintained with plant life and general decor. The staff were polite however was offered an earlier breakfast then when I got up there was no breakfast at that time, also the tax price I agreed when booking and the tax price on arrival were different prices. Not the most convenient of locations but not a far walk from amenities. The pool was a pleasant feature.

The Raid Magnolia had a lovely interior and rooftop to sit and have some quiet time. The staff was exceptional. Monsef and Mouna made it feel like a home away from home. I highly recommend staying there, one of the most exceptional experiences I have had on a vacation, a much needed reset.

Very clean, well maintained and beautiful Riad. My experience with the communication here after booking was a bit cold and business vibe, more warm and welcoming communication will definitely help. Loud talking in the lobby continued to mid-night; I find it quite disturbing. The staff in the morning was very kind to pack my breakfast when I was in a rush leaving

Séjour de rêve dans un Riad extrêmement propre ! Très bien placé, donc très pratique ! Le personnel est aux Petits soins (Halim et Monsif)et très attentionnés ! Vraiment agréable. Petit déj' différents et copieux tout les jours. La nourriture y est traditionnellement et maison. Le personnel est également de bons conseils pour l'organisation de vos visites, balades et tout autres demandes. Un grand merci à eux !

DON’T BOOK!!!! SCAM!!! Unbelievably overrated. The worst Riad in Marrakech. I don’t know who gave them good stars and for what…!? What impressed them…! It’s probably themselves. I Stayed for 2 nights and paid around $220. Small room with white curtains which I never saw. No TV, No Tea Table or Lamp table where you can put your cellphones, water bottles, watches. You have to put it either on your bed or on the floor. Bathroom is tiny and dirty. They have small fridge (about 18” ) just for show which absolutely doesn’t work. I went to other Riad which is way less expensive but they have basic essentials and they welcome you with a tea and big water bottle. This one is way expensive but doesn’t do anything. On top off it, they keep texting you saying that you check out time is 11:30am but online says after. They want to make sure you don’t stay one single minute after 12:00pm. Then you pay the whole day. What a terrible Riad. Also, when I was checking out, desk guy Ismael is like you have to pay €5, or you can’t leave I was like I paid everything except a city Tax$2.38. The same morning I went out early for some activities without breakfast but came back around 9:50am. So, I stooped by the desk to order breakfast ( which was included) but Ismeal wasn’t at the desk. The lady opened door told me to come back so I went up to change but when I came back he was like no breakfast now, it’s 10:05am too late. Never again. Don’t RECOMMEND anyone.

Es war ein wundervoller Aufenthalt im Riad Magnolia. Ruhig, sauber, grandioser Ausblick aif der Dachterasse, sehr leckeres Frühstück. Das Personal war sehr professionell, zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Zimmer wurden täglich gereinigt. Ich freue mich schon sehr auf ein nächstes Mal!

Le Riad est trop beau et tout est neuf,la décoration est splendide, le personnel serviable et à l’écoute ,la literie est extraordinaire,la terrasse a une vue sur toute la médina et on a la chance de pouvoir contemplé la chaîne de montagnes de l’atlas qui est pour le moment bien enneigé un spectacle à vous couper le souffle. Le réseau wifi est au top peu importe l’endroit où on se trouve dans le Riad. Merci a l’équipe du Riad Magnolia pour avoir rendu mon séjour inoubliable . Je reviendrai certainement à cette endroit qui m’a complètement ébloui.

Il Riad è semplice e ben curato; un oasi di pace nel frastuono di una città caotica. Ha una posizione strategica all’interno della Medina e a piedi si possono tranquillamente raggiungere tutti i punti da visitare. Il vero gioiello però di questo Riad a parte la struttura molto gradevole è Hamza il gestore del Riad che lo rende un posto davvero speciale: gentilissimo, premuroso sempre disponibile per gli ospiti per qualsiasi tipo di necessità: una persona davvero speciale! Grazie di tutto Hamza siamo stati davvero molto bene

Very beautiful property, loved the experience the second we stepped in the door. The room was great, food was amazing, and the manager was incredibly helpful. The area surrounding isnt the most accommodating however. It was very difficult to get a driver and the area isn't the most walk friendly. The manager was a great help in making sure we did not get scammed

Nous avons été enchantés par ce magnifique Riad niché au cœur de la médina, à quelques minutes de marche de la célèbre place Jemaa El Fna. Bien qu'il soit situé dans un quartier animé, ce havre de paix offre une véritable oasis de calme et de sérénité. La décoration, raffinée et chaleureuse, contribue à l’atmosphère apaisante des lieux. Les chambres sont confortables, le rooftop invite à la détente, le petit déjeuner est un régal, et le personnel fait preuve d'une bienveillance exceptionnelle. Un immense merci à Marwan et Halim pour leur accueil attentif et généreux. Sans aucun doute, nous reviendrons dans ce merveilleux Riad lors de notre prochain séjour à Marrakech. Choukran 🙏

Mawad n’en était qu’à sa première semaine de travail à la réception du Riad, mais il a été d’une bienveillance remarquable envers mon amie et moi. Il nous a grandement aidé à résoudre un problème avec notre réservation du taxi de départ. On savait qu’on pouvait compter sur lui. Hamza est aussi employé de la réception. Il est agréable de discuter avec lui et il est ouvert à partager sa culture et son vécu. Toujours prêt à aider également. Merci à votre équipe pour l’accueil!

Ok hotel absolutely, but very unfriendly service from one of the staff members Hamsa we think his name was. Examples: when asking for extra toiletrolls,juice or coffee, the answer was very unpleasant and even «no» sometimes. I have travelled the world but never experienced such unpleasant and lack of interest in being service minded. Also the breakfast in general was very bad. Very little food provided and lukewarm coffee every day. In all fairness, the two young employees was very kind and did what they could…

Un Riad qui a tout d un grand avec de nombreuses attentions : khaled et Souad attentifs à chacun de nos besoins . Des chambres confortables et joliment decorees , des petit dejeuners copieux et variés, une terrasse avec une piscine tres agreable durant les fortes chaleurs . Sa proximite à moins de 15 minutes à pied de la place Jamaa El Fna est un point fort . Les bons conseils d Hasna pour les lieux à visiter sont appreciables et ont permis d eviter les pieges à touristes. Enfin un grand merci au propriétaire present durant notre sejour , qui nous a témoigné également une grande attention. Bref nous avons passe un excellent sejour et nous recommandons vivement le Riad Magnolia, vous serez accueilli comme la famille .
