A great stay! The staff are all very friendly and welcoming. You are welcomed with tea and biscuits before being taken to your room. You're also served a delicious and filling breakfast in the morning. The room is comfortable and the decor is great. I liked the shower too. I intended to stay longer but my plans changed. It's quite a busy area nearby and be mindful quite a lot of local young people will be wanting to escort you to the Riad for a fee. This is all part of the experience so please don't worry!

Habib und seine Frau führen ein kleines schönes Riad. Eine tolle Begrüßung mit Tee hat mir sehr gefallen und Hilfe was besonders ist in Marrakesch mit Karte das man sich zurechtfinden kann. Ich war noch knapp 2 Wochen in Marokko unterwegs , aber so eine Gastfreundlichkeit wie bei den beiden habe ich nicht mehr angetroffen. Kann es nur empfehlen, ist nicht direkt an den lauten Touristen ecken, man hat es ruhig.

Comme à la maison !

Riad hyper agréable, l’accueil est formidable et le personnel nous met tout de suite à l’aise. Le gérant nous a apporté beaucoup de conseils utiles. La localisation du Riad est idéale, à environ 15min de la place à pieds. Les lieux sont très propres et on s’y sent vraiment comme chez soi. Nous recommandons ! Merci encore pour le séjour à bientôt !

Agradable estancia en el Riad Davia

Una amiga y yo pasamos tres noches estupendas alojadas en el Riad. Habib, el gerente, fue muy agradable y nos facilitó mucho nuestra estancia. Nos recogieron y llevaron al aeropuerto. El primer día nos acompañó al centro para que nos familiarizáramos con el entorno del Riad. El cuarto de baño tenía una bañera inmensa de piedra, todo un lujo cuando volvías agotada de las excursiones. Sin duda volveremos.

Tolles Riad - in der Medina - Management super!

Als Individualreisende ist das Ziel Marrakesch sehr empfehlenswert - tolle Eindrücke und interessante Begegnungen. Das Riad bietet eine sichere und ruhige Ausgangsbasis. Wer einen Teil des ursprünglichen Marrakesch erleben möchte, der ist hier richtig!

Einfaches Riad, gut für ein paar Tage Aufenthalt

Das Riad Davia hat ein einfaches, modern marokkanisches Ambiente. Für ein paar Übernachtungen um die Stadt zu erkunden ist es gut geeignet. Das Serviceteam ist sehr engagiert. Wir genossen eine angenehm persönliche Ansprache. Aufgefallen ist uns allerdings eine gewisse Feuchtigkeit in der Luft (Wir waren Anfang März dort). Der Innenhof ist durch eine Plastikplane abgedeckt. Der Luftaustausch war daher begrenzt. Der Putz im Bad zieht Feuchtigkeit nach der Benutzung der sanitären Anlagen. Alternativ kann man den Abend aber auch auf dem Dach genießen. Tagsüber ist man sowieso in der Stadt unterwegs. .

Very nice Riad in Marrakech

Only stayed one night in this hotel but had a very nice time. We booked a room for three persons but the room turned out to be rather small, so the owner offered us a second room for free. The breakfast on the next in the quite courtyard was just superb.

Mycket bra manager men svårt läge.

Managern var mycket trevlig och hjälpsam på alla vis.Det som var emot var läget som var mycket svårtillgängligt i utkanten på medinans västra del.Jag kan också säga att det är ett stort träd inne på riaden där det bor mycket mycket fåglar som sprider sina behov runt frukostbord och golv på de gemensamma ytorna. Varför sågar man ej ned trädet?

Highlight of our time in Marrakesh

Our experience at Riad Davia from the courtyard to our room to the staff made our trip to Marrakesh fantastic. The Riad was located about a ten minute walk from Jama al F'na but we enjoyed this stroll and appreciated the peace and quiet that this space offered. Habib, the Riad manager, became a close friend who was incredibly hospitable and helpful. Every evening we'd stay up, drink tea and hang out with him. One of my favorite parts of my day.

Great Riad

Riad Davia is great. Its charming and attentive staff; beautiful coutryard and roof terrace; fantastic rooms and breakfasts make this place a luxuriously comfortable riad offering an authentic experience in the Marrakesh Medina.

ligging in een ontzettend onveilig aanvoelende buu

Wij vonden deze Riad het minst goed (en het duurst) van alle verblijven in die week. De ligging is verschrikkelijk en in een bedreigend voelende omgeving, lees griebus-steegje. Het bed was oncomfortabel hard, de douche warm voor 1 persoon, het beloofde eten liet 2 1/2 uur op zich wachten en was niet was we hadden besteld. Daarnaast wordt het oproep tot gebed om 05.30 uur zo hard afgespeeld dat je het idee hebt dat de speaker in je slaapkamer staat. De foto's zien er te mooi uit.; wij zouden hier niet terugkomen, ondanks die ene hele lieve man die ons bediende.

Great Riad, the suite was nice, authentic and spacious and the staff were lovely. Achraf, the manager, is a really really nice guy and extremely helpful. The food was also great, especially the lemon and olive chicken tagine! Would definitely stay there again! Thank you!
