Riad Maipa is a lovely riad! Beautiful and worth a visit. But - the map at hotels.com is wrong. The riad is not located in that alley, so please look at the adress and find it on another map. ♡

Séjour convenable avec quelques hics : lors de notre arrivée, il n'y avait personne dans tout le riad. Nous avons attendu 3/4 d'heure avant d'être accueilli par le gérant qui était parti chez le coiffeur. Un départ dans la précipitation : le chauffeur de notre navette a appelé le riad en vain durant près d'une heure, sans succès. Personnel agréable et serviable.

Riad muy bonito pero con fallos

Elegimos este hotel para darnos un capricho después de 10 días viajando por Marruecos. Lo elegimos por el spa, que resulta que está en otro edificio aparte, y por la piscina/jacuzzi, que estaba sin agua. Y en la terraza apenas te podías sentar porque era por donde tenían desparramada toda la colada secándose. Así que nuestro gozo en un pozo. Por lo demás, en general la decoración está bastante cuidada y el hotel es muy bonito, aunque le empiezan a faltar detalles de mantenimiento. En nuestra habitación por ejemplo había varias bombillas fundidas lo que hacia que por ejemplo te tuvieras que duchar casi a oscuras. En resumen, a mi modo de ver la relación calidad-precio no es muy buena. Es un quiero y ya no puedo.

I already sent an email regarding my stay . I have a big complain . I have been left in a such a difficult situation with my 3 years old child in this place . I have sent you all the pictures of this hotel .Its completely different than what you are showing on your website .Its a disgusting dirty place with very rude workers there .Take this hotel off from your website please .You are misleading people and leaving them in a such a difficult situation in another country which is a shame !! We loved our stay at the riad, especially all the staff who were so friendly and helpful our room was very romantic and was cleaned thoroughly every day, our only complaint was that some parts could do with a bit of repair, ie, the shower head had broken away from the hies and the tiles in the sink were chipped and broken some handles had broken off the draws, just a day's work would sort this otherwise beautiful room and by no means did it spoil our stay, I would definitely stay again.

Très bon Riad

Vraiment un très bon Riad,c'est la première fois que j'allais à Marrackech et vraiment c'est génial comme maison. Nous avons été très bien acceuillie , le personnel est très gentil,serviable. Le Riad est très jolie et est très bien situé à 2 pas de la place Jemaa el Fna.

First Riad stay and loved it

Our first ever stay at a riad and we really enjoyed it. Small place, really only 3 suites, possibly 5 but it looked like they had repurposed the other 2. Staff very friendly, breakfast is light but good. Location is close to the Souks and the main square. Drawbacks: had to park at a local lot and carry the bags in, so better to pack light or arrange something. Dinner there was at our request, was good but steep in price. We'd stay again but skip the dinner.

Rigtig fint riad, med rene og hyggelige omgivelser, så alt i alt rigtig godt trods poolen ikke lever op til billederne samt kunne personalet ikke engelsk. Beliggenheden er rigtig god hvis man er til et hektisk liv når man kommer ud af riaden

Riad in familiärem Rahmen

Mitten in den Souks und der Medina ist Riad Maipa eine nette Ruheoase. Wir fühlten uns von der ersten Minute sehr wohl. Das Personal ging sehr zuvorkommend und liebevoll auf jeden Wunsch ein, sei es das Frühstück auf die Dachterrasse zu bringen oder spät in der Stunde am Abend ein Sandwich um die Ecke zu besorgen. Kleine Abstriche müssen wir machen in der Sauberkeit der Dachterrasse und dem Minipool, die Örtlichkeiten waren nicht für Besucher vorbereitet worden. Wir haben uns dennoch ab und zu dorthin verzogen.
