Excellent location for tourist attractions and swimming pool was relaxing after day out. Our room was next to dining area which was very noisy until about 11.00 at night. Had to ask for towels in room every day but staff were very polite and helpful.

Just been here for 5 days, loved the hotel and its location in the medina, it’s right next to a taxi pick up point for any day trips which is extremely useful!! Staff were lovely and extremely helpful. Only a small thing that sort of went wrong not sure if it was usual or not but for about 2 days our electricity kept cutting out in our room every 20 mins or so which meant the air con would too. It came back on pretty quickly and this did get fixed but was quite annoying. Apart from that it was a lovely stay in a very pretty hotel. Would recommend ☺️

The service was very good. The hotel Arranged transport from the airport and then had a staff member meet us at the edge of the Medina and walk us in. The rooms themselves are nothing to write home about, but are in a very authentic Moroccan style. Upon checkin there were no towels but they quickly rectified that. The best you can say is that the rooms are exceptionally clean. A decent breakfast buffet (included) in the morning and the pool side restaurant is open late. I had a couple of video calls scheduled with my NorthAmerican colleagues and the wifi was solid. The location is super convenient on the edge of the Medina and is also within a short walking distance to the main palace. The hotel (riat) itself is quiet. Having an open air pool was both ascetically pleasing but was not just show and many people were swimming and using the sun beds. They have security at the doors at all times which gives you peace of mind for your safety. I would stay here again.
