Beautiful Apt close to The Park Longchamp

Welcome to my home! I welcome you in my 50 square meters apartment in the heart of the 1st district of Marseille, located on the 1st floor without elevator. It is ideally located near the LONGCHAMP park in a lively and warm district. You will be able to reach the OLD PORT on foot, visit the numerous historical buildings and walk in the alleys which shelter typical restaurants and small stores. Very good stay :)

Located near the Longchamp park, the accommodation is spacious and is composed of a a living room with a sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed and a mezzanine area with 2 single beds a bathroom and a beautiful living room area to relax after a hot day in Marseille. You will have everything at your disposal in order to spend an excellent stay, namely : Coffee machine, Oven, Microwave, Television, Iron, Hair dryer, Washing machine, Dishwasher You will be very well served by public transport, to stroll around Marseille and its surroundings! The district offers an immediate proximity with shops and typical restaurants The district is very appreciated by the locals and tourists, do not hesitate to ask me for good addresses, I will be delighted to share my favorites with you! A professional cleaning is carried out before and after each traveler.

## Emplacement
The 1st district is in the center of the city, and is the beating heat of Marseille. It hosts especially old historical buildings, such as the Mission de France Church, the Saint-Théodore Church, the Figaro’s house or the Pesciolini hotel. As well, the Vestiges garden, discovered during the 20th century, hosts the remains of the antique harbour of Marseille, and is a peaceful and great place to wander.
The atmosphere is warm and lively ! You will find various typical restaurants on the Vieux-Port, while staying near to the shopping streets such as the streets de la République and du Paradis. The public transportation is very dense in the 1st district, so the whole city is easily accessible from this place.
