"Everything was fine until checkout. Despite having informed us multiple times that breakfast was included in our stay (at check-in, and throughout), they proceeded to charge us at check-out knowing we would have little time to contest it before our flight. Finally they agreed to check CCTV / voice recording history but eventually never contacted us again. We reached out again via their website but again radio silence. Watch out for this trap"

"Room was nice and clean and we were upgraded at no charge due to the other tower being renovated, that was much appreciated. Only downfall half the windows didn’t lock, so it felt a little unsafe especially being on the first floor. Other than that, it was a quick nice stay. "

"The staff at the property were excellent. Helpful and hard working. I left feeling like I had made many new friends. They arranged our arrival from Belize city and departure for Ambergris Caye. We stayed at the hotel on the north island but used amenities at their sister hotel on the South Island of Caye Caulker. Staff was equally friendly and accommodating. Food was excellent at both locations where we tried all the local dishes."

"The air conditioning was solid, the beds comfortable after a long day of beach walking, bike riding and other stuff. The staff were excellent. We had Adrianna and Alicia most of the time and they were super-helpful. Where to rent bikes, where to eat, what time is this or that. I can't say enough about these two women. The only downside to the property was our room location. The sunrise in the morning was spectactular, but the small, but usable balcony and window face a basketball court. The games go on until about 10 pm, and we were tired, so the noise was a bit much. But that isn't the hotel's fault. The sunrise in the morning more than compensated for the noise at night. "

"Rooms are basic and very outdated. Not very clean and very much in need of upkeep. AC marginal. No pool, beach or other ameneties, which was probably clear on the booking page. Its a far as possible from the "center of town" Sargassum is bad along the waterfront."
