“The hotel did not have a record of our reservation. The room was not clean nor made up. The security personnel did their best to meet our needs. Next morning the manager came knocking on our door claiming we did not have a reservation but luckily I had receipts having booked and prepaid via Expedia months in advance. “Un hotel catastrophique.
- La chambre était malgré tout correcte, il y avait un spa sur la terrasse, malheureusement il était vide. Mais cela n’était pas très important.
- Le vrai problème cet hôtel était la communication. Si vous ne parlez pas espagnol couramment, à éviter totalement. La personne à l’accueil ne fait aucun effort pour parler lentement l’espagnol et ne parle pas du tout l’anglais. On se débrouille avec Google translate mais c’est fatiguant et on ne peut pas le faire en……
