“Our room was missing soap when we checked in and room service never came to our room during the entire stay. The booking listing said there was a sofa bed but it was a chair. I asked the guy at the front desk if their was a mixup and he said that the rooms with the sofa were all taken. It was a nice hotel with a great waterpark but not having a sofa bed and lack of room service kinda ruined it.”

“Clean room.froemdly staff. Pictures made the locations indoor water park seem bigger. Teens were a little disappointed with the smaller size but all in all good trip”

“Rooms were average no issues there. We checked in went up to the room which had no hand soap and not enough towels for us. After a day out we tried to get in our room and key cards didn’t work. Same thing happened to our friends who also booked. We will be booking another hotel next time.”

“When hotels are under construction website, suggest this need to indicate this information. No breakfast served, and the pool was closed from time to time.”

“We booked this room as it was the only available room in short notice. After reading the other reviews we were genuinely worried. However, the hotel exceeded expectations. Our room was generally clean. There was some dust on the bed frame, the cleaning crew missed a flossing pic, and there was a black hair on the bed. This certainly isn’t a luxury hotel by any means, but was adequate for our weekend stay. There is the pool bar, and several other bars just outside. If you’re going to be partying……
