Very nice and roomy condo, had everything you need!

this hotel has exceeded my expectation in terms of cleanliness, comfort, and services. The gorgeous Napili bay is steps away from the hotel. watching the sunrise/sunset at Napili bay is an unforgettable experience. The hotel is a 10 minutes drive to front street ( Lahaina ) where the famous banyan trees and Atlantis submarines are located. don't forget to try the delicious Ululani shave ice while you are there. the hotel is quiet at night and there are ample of parking spaces . the hotel also provide free concierge services and offered discount prices on activities that you booked with them. we got a 2 for 1 admission to maui ocean center! there was no a/c but you do have ceiling fans and ocean breeze to cool you down. If you are visiting Maui, choose Napili Shores because you will get great services with a million dollar view without the extra " resort/parking fees" that other hotel charges. highly recommended!

I would stay here again. The only thing I can suggest for this hotel would be a jacuzzi. Staff was nice, room was clean, pool was very clean. Beach is in walking distance, maybe 5-10 minutes, but you can also call the front desk for a ride on their cart. You can walk to the general store and a few restaurants since they are located on the same block. During our stay, there was a lot of construction on the parking structure and the main pool, which we were unable to use, but it did not affect us at all. We came here for our honeymoon and it was a great experience.

We had a great time at the Palms at Wailea. Our view from our patio was suppose to be a garden view, but we were surprised when we has a nice view of the ocean also.

My first trip to Hawaii, and had a wonderful experience. Our room was clean, had everything we needed, and had a view of the pool, beach and 2 other islands. Staff was friendly and helpful. Two drawbacks-1. Someone had used the wrong paint on the elevators, and the crews were power-sanding it off. The noise echoed though the building for a few hours every day. Luckily we didn't hang around the hotel much, so not a huge issue for us. 2. The beach had been severely eroded by a storm, and the neighboring hotel had heavy equipment working all day to sandbag the beach. However this only lasted 2 days, then was finished. There was still plenty of beach to walk on, and the water was wonderful. Saw sea turtles in the surf just a few feet away from us. We will plan to return to this place.
