"Mr. Fronimo was very pleasant to work with. Overall, the units were nice. The bedrooms are very nice and accommodating. Only 2 items that caught attention. There is a heavy sulfur smell in the tap water. It may be the municipal water is supplied this way. The other is, the outside area behind the units. There is a patio area with 2 large picnic tables that could use attention."

"The property was just beautiful. The listing description does not do justice to this location. Amenities were as listed plus others (extra full refrigerator in basement was so wonderful). So close to stores and town, but you feel like you are miles away. Sound system a plus! Everything in working order. Space for all who stayed with us and beds were so comfortable. "We have cousins parties every other year, usually in Ohio. This house was by far our favorite. The game room and media room gave us hours of fun. The scavenger hunt throughout the property made for a fun hour long hike. We got a chance to chat with the owner and he was great making sure we were happy.
