Overall the staff and room were very clean and maintained. The bathroom was the only issue I had. There was a small smell of mildew and the air extractor was horrible when on. RM 203. Love the pool!

Without reservation this was the top accommodation we had during our two week stay in Guatemala. Everything was perfect. The food (especially breakfast) was fantastic, the room was impeccably clean, the staff was incredible, and the pool was the perfect setting for relaxation. We stayed in early August and the weather was perfect to spend the day at the pool, then venture back to the room for the hot tub before dinner.

We stayed in one of the apartments across the street that are supposed to be great for families with a bit more space and a small kitchen. We are repeat guests of this hotel for many years. The floor was very dirty and stained our feet and socks black, even after asking for it to be cleaned after the first day when we noticed.
