Very pleasant rustic hotel in scenic area. I stayed one night as part of a scenic trip to Dinosaur National Park and Flaming Gorge National Monument. I enjoyed their quirky lawn displays as well.

I will Definitely stay here again. Friendly staff, clean rooms, good continental breakfast, and great service. We left my grandsons favorite blanket there and when I called They promptly mailed it to me.

Beautiful location at the start (or end) of Flat Tops scenic byway! So quiet and peaceful. We slept in Sage Hill with windows open to the cool breeze. Note that Sage Hill has a bed in the loft and you climb a ladder to get to it. There's also a twin size bed in a little nook. Restaurants and groceries are nearby in Meeker. Great staff.

great place for the price, friendly staff.
its just too bad the wi-fi doesn't work all that great. I would connect my devices and it kept kicking them, the only time I got a good enough signal to use the Wi-Fi was at 3-4 in the morning...afternoons I was lucky to open up the welcome screen on my browser.
