“Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Bra frukost men saknade en kvällsrestaurang, kanske var under ombyggnad?”

“晚上23點半抵達，飯店才通知已經下班，必須自己找到鑰匙進房間，非常不方便，也非常不安全”

“Sehr herzlicher Check-In. Tolles Ambiente, wunderschöner Außenbereich mit beheiztem Pool. Das Zimmer war wunderschön. Einzige Anmerkung: Die Vorhänge haben nachts viel Licht ins Zimmer gebracht. (Straßenlaterne) Es war dadurch sehr hell im Zimmer. Ansonsten wäre es perfekt gewesen.”

“This hotel is great, staff lovely and friendly. Rooms were spacious, free Wi-Fi, free water . Breakfasts were really nice Buffet style but also do eggs etc. perfect situation close to bus and railway stations. Highly recommended”

“Bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten ein ganz wunderbares Hotel. Schönes Schwimmbad und schöner Wellness-Bereich. Extrem freundlicher Service und sehr gutes Essen im Restaurant. Die Suite im Schloss ist ein echtes Highlight! (Nehmen Sie Bademäntel von der Rezeption mit! Wir hatten keine im Zimmer und der Weg ist wirklich weit.)”

“New room, comfortable bed, auto check in for late arrivals, friendly staff, excellent breakfast selection, 24 hour mini grocery store across the parking lot, very convenient to the highway. ”

“This is an event hotel, as its name. Kinda far from Vienna city center, and the only place to go nearby is a shopping mall, so-called the biggest one in Europe. However, it is close around 19:00 in general, and not open on Sunday. The hotel is kind of old and needs to be re-newed, while its frequent events making the maintenance kind of difficult. Business in this hotel is ok, but not romantic trip.”

“Place looked like an abandoned building , this was not a hotel it is hostel , it says or at least pictured with a private bathroom and it was not , this was a shared bathroom and kitchen with at least another 4 rooms , it was dirty , unsafe , weird people inside and outside the building , a trash container just right in front of the main entrance with people searching in it for sonething a guy was urinating just aside the container , this was a complete fraud , i purchase the cancellation……

“Don’t be fooled — this hotel is definitely not giving Vienna vibes. It’s more like student accommodation with a reception desk. If you check in online, you then have to ring a helpline just to get electricity access unless you tap in with your bank card like you’re starting a laundrette machine. No cups in the room either, so apparently hydration means lapping water from the sink like a thirsty cat. It’s basic at best. Location is a bit meh, and the whole set-up has more flaws than charm.”
