“This place was horrible the customer service was horrible I had reservations and took my payment out already. But they said they didn’t have them and it wasn’t there problem. There pool is out and they advertised it’s working and looks so nice. The facts are it is not and shows a sign saying closed until further notice. And it’s nasty and green and building is in disarray and needs major attention. I would recommend you running from this location and the Seaman OH location as well”

“After checking in we went to our room and instantly had the smell of cigarettes. I went back to the office and they insisted this is a non smoking room. I told them I have allergies to cigarettes in which she responded she does too and wears a mask when cleaning the rooms.. they gave us a different room, it also smelled. I would have gone to a different hotel but there are no other hotels in the area so we had to take the room. Several times there were people standing outside our room talking……

The hotel could use some additional repairs and updates, but it was great to see that improvements were actively underway, including painting the exterior, and some of the interior finishes had already been refreshed. Overall, the hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and we felt very comfortable during our stay. If we’re ever back in the area, we would definitely choose to stay here again.”
