“This place was horrible the customer service was horrible I had reservations and took my payment out already. But they said they didn’t have them and it wasn’t there problem. There pool is out and they advertised it’s working and looks so nice. The facts are it is not and shows a sign saying closed until further notice. And it’s nasty and green and building is in disarray and needs major attention. I would recommend you running from this location and the Seaman OH location as well”

“After checking in we went to our room and instantly had the smell of cigarettes. I went back to the office and they insisted this is a non smoking room. I told them I have allergies to cigarettes in which she responded she does too and wears a mask when cleaning the rooms.. they gave us a different room, it also smelled. I would have gone to a different hotel but there are no other hotels in the area so we had to take the room. Several times there were people standing outside our room talking……

“I was pleasantly surprised that for a smaller town this hotel went above my expectations. It was incredibly clean, there was always someone at the front desk and the rooms were actually really nice. Where they went above and beyond was they had a really good snack later in the evening to include chicken fingers for kids and the breakfast was very good. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful providing a list of restaurants in the area and how far they were I would stay here again.”

“Hotel is so cool from the minute we walked in. All the little details were perfect. Room was spacious and comfortable. We could hear pretty clearly other guest coming in and out of their rooms. The air conditioning unit is above the bed and it had a hum turning on and off constantly that had me get up to put my ear buds in to block the noise. It also dripped condensation on my head twice before I scooted down away from the headboard! Beds were very comfortable.”

“It was a little difficult to find, but not located on back gravel roads with potholes as many budget hotels. The room was clean and adequate, however there were obvious repairs that needed to be done - the towel rack in the bathroom was hanging by two screws and it was obvious staff were aware of it as the towels were piled on the toilet tank; kind of interesting this simple repair was not done. The other issue I had was when I walked my dogs at 8:00am the next morning my card key would not……
