10/10 Excellent
"Communication was excellent. Darcy had contacted me a few hours before check-in letting me know that the refrigerator wasn’t keeping cold and they were having a new one delivered and just wanted to make sure that it was delivered basically before I had arrived. By the time we got there, it had been delivered and was hooked up and cold. Absolutely beautiful property. That nighttime sky and the stars are unforgettable."

"Host was responsive. Easy check in and out. The property was amazing, serene, and secluded but had several modern amenities. The bathtub and hammock are great for relaxing. The pictures do NOT do the view justice. I caught myself staring out windows as a full time activity. The dog had a great time too!"

"Very clean home, hot tub was the cleanest one we have ever encountered, host was very informative, prompt, and easily reachable. The little touches (s'mores basket and toiletry basket in master bath) were a super sweet gesture. Plenty of blankets and towels. AC was great. You can tell the owners take pride in their property. This was perfect for my husband and I to get away and unplug from adulting. We plan to stay again on the future!"

Peaceful historic log cabin getaway on 30 acres - NO cleaning fee!

10/10 Excellent
"The property is charming and super clean. Modern amenities were appreciated. We enjoyed the quiet, all we heard were nature sounds the entire weekend. It is at least a 20 minute drive to get “near civilization” but that’s a small price to pay for peace and quiet. A lovely property that we would definitely visit again."

"Cabins are are very well built and are fully loaded with essentials even coffee! Im already planning a return trip to go turkey hunting here next year! Location is awesome and very easy to get to. The pond at the top of the property is amazing with a well built damn thats made of creek rock, thats a sight to behold. Directly across the street is a BIG honey whole in the river that we caught several fish out of. We cooked some chili out on the fire pit, that was stocked with wood on a grate and kettle that we brought. There is also a lot parking for guys wanting to stay here to ride. We stayed here to go to 1806 adventure park and ride. This place more then suited our needs!"

Glamping Cabin | Huge Window | Tree House Feel

8/10 Good
"The property is very remote, secluded and quiet. It is a pet friendly property that our dog very much enjoyed. For hikers this is a great location. We were very unlucky with the weather, so no fire pit or BBQing due to torrential rain (no one can control that). Amenities are solid. It is glamping. There is a gas station approx. 10 minutes away that serves some solid breakfast…Portsmouth is about 45 minutes away for some dinner options."
