“We arrived late in the night and the staff actually picked calls to give us directions and we find the person we had been talking to waiting for us at the entrance. The check-in was smooth. We had challenges with the water heaters on day one, however, when we reported to the staff, they rectified the issue. They have "Katogo" and "Chapati" as options for breakfast. “At check-in, there was no salutation. I was never asked for ID or who I was. They led me straight to my room. This raises serious security concerns. The pipework under the sink was non-existent. So I had to deploy a bucket to collect waste water and avoid spillage in the room.
