"The property was everything as described, it was a BEAUTIFUL place, comfortable beds, proximity to Steamboat Springs, fishing close by, it was a great place.this is trivial but I believe will help future guests---it was very late when we arrived for our stay and the property was not lit up. I was afraid to walk up on a dark property and enter the code on the front door hoping I was at the correct property, fortunately I was. Another suggestion is that you advertise a fire pit and it would be so nice if firewood would be provided, as i said those are trivial in regards to a great stay and would recommend this to others and I would return. Two days is not enough time to explore all the options that are there that is so close to the property."

"The stay was amazing. It is the nicest home I've ever had the pleasure to stay in. The host is very responsive and accommodating, the hot tub was fantastic, and the house was very clean. The only issue we ran into was there is a large presence of bees in the house. We seen close to a hundred bees/yellow jackets across the house with one of the guests stung on the back of her leg. Overall, the stay was immaculate and I couldnt recommend this house enough for other people to stay at! "
