2/10 Terrible

"Don't let the pictures fool you. This hotel isn't that nice. The air in my room didn't work. I called and asked for another or a fan, or anything. I got nothing. It was 80 degrees in my by 6 am. It also cost $23 dollars to park there, which isn't mentioned. The breakfast bar is $22 a person it's not included. They nickel and dime you on everything. The room may look nice in pictures but expect to spend an additional $60 to stay there. List all your fees!"

"The front desk staff was amazing and gave a good recommendation for dinner (thanks, Mirica!). The seafood place next door to the hotel was fantastic! The area has all kinds of stores and other restaurants that are close. The hotel was clean, the pool was clean, breakfast was good - but you need to get there early to get the most options. Food area and lounge area were clean and spacious. There is a guest laundry room, but both machines only take quarters. The room was clean, the beds were super cozy, and the bathroom was very clean."

"I want to give it a lower rating but there was a bed, a working shower and a decent breakfast. Sadly the place does seem to be falling apart, from cracks in the ceilings, slow elevators, smell of smoke everywhere (despite it saying they enforce the no smoking policy) and some broken locks on the inside. We required additional blankets and pillows, I called the front desk (guessed the number as it was not listed on the in room phone) and was told to come to the lobby to pick up the blankets but that the pillows will be delivered to me. Why I couldn’t just pick up both or have both delivered is a mystery to me. The biggest issue was the parking situation. I was expecting to pay for parking on the property but there was quite the limited parking and was told we had to go park in the overflow lot. That lot being a public parking facility which is dimly lit, and does not appear to be very secure (fortunately nothing happened). After parking you have to go through what looks like an alleyway basically and then cross the street to the hotel. Had I know the parking situation exactly I would not have booked here."
