"This hotel is an excellent choice! It was clean, comfortable, the room was spacious and in excellently furnished. The staff was very polite and professional, and the amenities are exceptional. The only flaw was the elevator...it was functional, but not smooth, and was a bit unnerving. I mentioned it to the desk clerk, and she said that the elevator company had ordered a part to repair it. We come to Shawnee several times a year, and always try to stay at the La Quinta. It is our hotel of choice!"
