“The Clerk Nay, and the morning clerk both decided to tell me you should have book a 3rd party with Expedia, then I asked for two nights, was over charged $100.00 a night for this Hotel! They don’t care, the mentality is who cares, and if you are the owner of this Hotel I would get rid of both morning and evening staff, absolutely worthless. They are just there for themselves and not your Customers! Entitled for sure and useless”
