"Exceptional. The villa is beautiful and all the staff as lovely. All speak perfect English and can not do enough for you. When our air conditioning stop we were taken to a new room immediately and helped to move. The breakfast is plentiful and the evening meal was delicious and extremely flexible. Highly recommend. "The service at this Riad was exceptional. From greeting and checking us in, checking in to make sure everything is okay and making sure breakfast is available for the time we were starting our day. They even set up something small for us on the day we were leaving at 7am. The rooms are clean, spacious, the bathrooms are great and the rooms are cleaned each day. The area is also very nice and walkable. It's beside a meat market but you'll only notice it when walking to and from the hotel. It's very easy to walk into the souks area and the square. I'd highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a place to stay in Marrakech."

"Love this location as it was close to the entrance of the medina so getting a taxi with all our luggage was easy inconvenient and we didn’t have to walk a long way at all to get our things to this Medina. The staff was friendly. The rooms were really comfortable and we couldn’t be happier with or stay there. One of the reviews said there were no locks on the outside of the door, which is true but they do provide a padlock with key and it’s so safe that I wouldn’t even worry about that. Would highly recommend this place."

"The hotel is situated in lush gardens with a beautiful pool area. The building is lovely and room spacious and well appointed. Room was cleaned to a high standard daily. "Really nice private pool area. Buffet food is great, not fussy eaters and we liked it a lot. Coyld improve on dressed table availability....but did not bother me as on holiday so not in a rush. One thing is the fresh orange juice could be available maybe ....if too difficult then offer it to vip customer at private pool. Other wise beautiful hotel....staff are all here to help and hard working. Really good evening shows....fabulous dancers. "
