"Nice Riad, but we arrived at beginning of Eid festival and checking in was not good. Manager was gone. Only owner on site but she did not know most of the running of the Riad. No fridge, and poor service. It's also a 15 minute walk from taxi drop off to the Riad and it takes two or three trips to find your way. We shared our breakfast with 100 honey bees but was told all the riads in the Medina was swarming with bees too. Overall an interesting experience but I would prefer to go someplace more accessible next time and not during a holiday when the main guest relations guy had gone."

"The staffs are friendly and helpful. The hotel is new with beautiful interior design and decoration. On last day the staff support me of calling taxi, also and he even accompany me to the meeting point with taxi driver, prevent me from scamming by random driver with high prices. "
