“A great location in the middle of Medina market ”

“Great all inclusive hotel. Lots of activities and entertainment all day long. Great water park and lots of food options. Unable to walk anywhere from the hotel, you can get a taxi from outside or the hotel bus into the centre. The sports bar needs abit of a rethink. It doesn’t open until 5 although games are on all day, it opens for the games but you have to walk to pool bar for a drink. There is only one TV. It could be a lot better. Rooms were spacious and clean. Overall we had a great……

“Très bon Hôtel, bien placé avec accès rapide a la Médina et site touristique. Très propre et très jolie. Seul bémol notre chambre 2101 avait la Clim HS et les buffets sont vraiment pas de bonne qualité et pas varié. Pour le reste impeccable. (Piscine non chauffée)”

“Piscine chauffée, buffet excellent cependant les heures d’ouverture sont restreints. Buffet varié. Nous n’avons pas essayer l’aquaparc mais il semble bien. Les chambres sont belles, les lits sont assez confortables. Personnel au bar sont vraiment sympathiques. Très beau voyage. Au souk/medina, négociez vos prix! Tout se négocie. ”

“Die Sauberkeit ist sehr gut und das gesamte Personal sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer sind modern und schön groß. Das Essen fanden wir Grundsätzlich in Ordnung, allerdings wenig abwechslungsreich. Die Anlage und insbesondere die Poollandschaft sind sehr schön designt allerdings schlecht instandgehalten, was insbesondere bei den Poolliegen und Möbeln im Außenbereich auffällt. Insgesamt entspricht das Hotel aus meiner Sicht leider keinem 5* Standard. ”

“Really enjoyed our stay. Overall the room was spacious and had two single beds for kids and large king bed. Bathroom was also large. Con: they had NO air conditioning! They said this was due to the age of the building. Luckily it wasn’t too warm in the evenings so we left the patio doors open. However, this was disappointing. The pool was great and lots of lounges. The buffet had many options and we enjoyed the food. Con: the service especially for breakfast was lacking. They really could have……
