Overall it was very nice. Excellent water pressure in the shower. The thermostat on the wall didn’t work, but the controls on the unit under the window did. Other than that, there were no washcloths in the room (we didn’t notice until the morning and didn’t ask for more) and the do not disturb sign was missing. The gentleman at the front desk was unable to find another. He was very friendly and helpful otherwise. I would stay there again.

We’re only there for a short stay so did not enjoy the pool/spa or much, but as for the room, it was clean but bed was not comfy and of the 4 lights in the bathroom only two worked. Cleaning crew obviously doesn’t even turn lights on to perform their cleaning or those would’ve been swapped out.

The stay was amazing, way above expectations. Room was clean and spacious, staff was friendly and present, plenty of grass outside for your dogs to do their business. Fantastic hotel, equivalent to a stay at a Hilton.

Smooth checkin and everything fell in to place from there onwards in our short one night stay at Clarion Pointe hotel. The staff were super nice and helpful. Very conveniently located along the main road and to all amenities. Nice and early breakfast for a great start of the day. Thanks Clarion Pointe hotel for making our stay memorable!

Great staff and helpful. Powdered scrambled eggs…. That’s not really a treat! Good and friendly tenant in the breakfast area. No tea selection, just green tea. Had blood stain on curtain. Otherwise a clean atmosphere.

Stayed for a single night with my boyfriend, was good overall! Beds are on the firmer side, pool + hot tub was refreshing, but the walls aren't too soundproof and we had the luxury of having some party people doing 4th of July festivities all night next door to us so 50% sleep was an added bonus haha.

Brittany, the night clerk, was AMAZINGLY helpful and helped fix a planning error on my part that could have been a disaster. The hotel was really nice and I really enjoyed the hot tub. They have a good continental breakfast with sausage, eggs, curate fries and waffles as hot options.

Staff were very helpful at the front desk. Our room was not the cleanest it could have been. A near empty cup was left on the night stand and someone left a pair of shorts in the drawers. More attention could have been paid. But the breakfast place was clean and again - front desk staff was very nice and helpful.

We stopped at three other places on our road to and from LA and this was the best. The sink was in the bathroom where it belongs, the beds were great, staff were excellent. It was the night of rest that I needed after a long day of driving.
