“Hotel staff deceived us when we needed to change the date booked. Hotel staff said if we booked again for the correct night, they would refund us for the wrong night booked. Instead they convinced us to rebook and then refused a refund after waiting at their hotel for over an hour. Completely unacceptable (lack of) service by hotel staff. Atrocious small emanating from the lobby. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone.”

“The hotel was very well maintained and looked as if it were a new building inside even though it probably was extremely new. The staff were very professional and helpful. We found a plate of fresh fruit with compliments from manager when returned to the room after an outing. The AC seemed a bit slow but after an hour or so the room was very comfortable. We left very early to catch a flight from the airport so we did not try their breakfast but it was not included. Parking was included generally……

“Excellent hotel. We stayed at The Marni Hotel to celebrate my daughter's birthday, and it couldn't have been more perfect. The hotel is beautiful, with lovely modern rooms, a fantastic pool and a really relaxing spa. Everything is spotless and is basically brand new. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful, but a special mention has to go to Arzu. I left my eye cream at home, and she went out of her way to find some for me and have it delivered to the hotel the very same day. Such amazing……

“Poor customer service. We were left to find out own rooms on arrival with wrong directions. Staff allowed people to que jump at the main reception despite me telling them that I have been queuing for a while. For the price and the supposed 5 star rating I was expecting 5 star service. You will find a better hotel in the same area for the same price or cheaper without a doubt. Staff customer service 2/10 Food quality was at best 5/10 Room cleanliness 8/10 (they did not change bedsheets……

“Temiz, geniş ve ferah bir hotel. Odada, balkonda geniş yüksek tavanlı süper. İç mimarisi ve mobilyalarıda modern ve çok güzel. Resepsiyonda çalışan hanım ve beyler profesyonel kibar ve sevecenler, resepsiyonu bi kere dahi boş görmedim, bu güven veren bir özellik. Temizlik çalışanlarıda güleryüzlü ve titizdi. Ancak ses yalıtımı sıfır bu hotelde, sağ ve sol odalardan yukarıdan her ses direkt odadaydı. Tartışma, konuşma, duş, tuvalete gittiklerinde çıkarılan tüm sesler vs olduğu gibi duyuluyordu..……

“Nice hotel with prefect access to the beach. Only trouble is club that plays techno music until 2400, if you wanna sleep earlier. Breakfast was sufficient.”
