地中海沿岸海滩假期

All staff were beyond excellent and made our stay exceptional, thank you.

This was our second stay at IC Hotels Green Palace, and once again, we had a wonderful experience. The staff were genuinely friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and overall, everything was excellent. When I mentioned that it was my son’s birthday, the team told me they would arrange a cake and decorate our room, and they did exactly that. It was a lovely gesture and made his birthday feel extra special. The food was another highlight, with a huge variety every day. There were always plenty of options, even for picky eaters, which makes a big difference when traveling as a family. For families with young children, one thing to keep in mind is that this is a very large resort, so there can be quite a bit of walking between the rooms and the different amenities. One suggestion would be to have a prayer room somewhere centrally located within the hotel. Given the size of the property and the distance between some rooms and the main facilities, this would be very convenient, especially for guests who have already checked out but have a late flight and are spending several more hours at the hotel. We also noticed that the resort was quite crowded during our stay at the end of September, which we didn’t really expect for that time of year. Overall, this was another excellent stay. Coming back for a second time and having another positive experience says a lot. We really appreciated the hospitality, the food, and the service, and we would happily recommend IC Hotels Green Palace.

Uitstekend personeel en service. Kamer was wel aan onderhoud toe (voornamelijk het badkamer). Eten was goed en voor de rest goed genoten !

酒店早餐非常丰盛，不过不是那么适合中国人口味。房间都有阳台，可以看到部分地中海景色。酒店后门出去，顺着台阶5分钟可以下到海边。不过海滩都是卵石，非常咯脚。但地中海海水很清澈，也很平静。酒店后门出去左转走到安塔利亚博物馆不到10分钟。那里有有轨电车可以坐到安塔利亚老城。整体而言想住的舒适可以选择这家酒店，想逛景点还是靠老城更近些比较好。

This is not more than a 3 star hotel. Staff speaks no English, rooms are old and not functioning with plenty of issues, facilities are outdated and activities are bad or non-existent. Food is less than average and mostly bland. The whole hotel needs to be renovated. Would not recommend and would not come back.
