Excellent service, very friendly staff, family friendly

We had a wonderful trip with my family. Food was delicious! Everything was fresh, they served lots of traditional Turkish dishes in addition to international cuisine, lots of fresh fruit and juices and adult beverages all day long. Was really touched how professional and kind were their staff. Everyone was very helpful, they went above and beyond to make it fun for everyone. Kids had a great time riding the slides in the waterpark. Their private beach was always clean, they have lifeguards on duty all day long. Lots of fun activities throughout the day. The only unpleasant thing was that a lot of guests smoked close to other people, but it is not the resorts fault. I would really love to bring my family to this fantastic place again.

Fantastic location! We stayed in a beautiful, spotless room overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. We also thoroughly enjoyed the food, which was delicious and offered a wonderful variety every day, along with a fun and engaging entertainment program. It was a truly lovely experience, and we would highly recommend it!

I like my stay there me and husband had a good time

This was our second stay at IC Hotels Green Palace, and once again, we had a wonderful experience. The staff were genuinely friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and overall, everything was excellent. When I mentioned that it was my son’s birthday, the team told me they would arrange a cake and decorate our room, and they did exactly that. It was a lovely gesture and made his birthday feel extra special. The food was another highlight, with a huge variety every day. There were always plenty of options, even for picky eaters, which makes a big difference when traveling as a family. For families with young children, one thing to keep in mind is that this is a very large resort, so there can be quite a bit of walking between the rooms and the different amenities. One suggestion would be to have a prayer room somewhere centrally located within the hotel. Given the size of the property and the distance between some rooms and the main facilities, this would be very convenient, especially for guests who have already checked out but have a late flight and are spending several more hours at the hotel. We also noticed that the resort was quite crowded during our stay at the end of September, which we didn’t really expect for that time of year. Overall, this was another excellent stay. Coming back for a second time and having another positive experience says a lot. We really appreciated the hospitality, the food, and the service, and we would happily recommend IC Hotels Green Palace.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The food was always fresh and delicious, the stuff is very friendly and nice (especially our cleaning lady). Amenities were good too. We mostly were outside during the day and didn’t attend the night show as the baby was sleeping. However, my sister was staying her family too and she was able to go out and she liked it.
