“Das Zimmer war sehr dunkel und es fehlte an Licht. Uns wurde eine Familiensuite für vier Erwachsene gegeben, jedoch gab es nur zwei Becher und die Minibar war lediglich für ein Zimmer ausgestattet. Im Zimmer konnte man aufgrund der schlechten Beleuchtung kaum etwas erkennen.Der Balkon war sehr schmutzig und wir hatten dort kaum Sonne. Das Shampoo war ein bis zwei Tage lang leer und teilweise bekamen wir keine frischen Handtücher.Das Personal im Restaurant war sehr unfreundlich. Sobald man etwas...

“Reception Staff was unprofessional, unable to find our expedia all inclusive booking on arrival and we had to wait an hour with kids, before they sorted out. Overall the all inclusive facilities were fabulous and other staff, were brilliant. Food was good but have had better food in Turkey on previous occasions.”
