Arrived to find everything as good or better than in the ad. One of the first things I saw was a personal welcome message from Lisa. Very sweet and made me feel very welcome. Lisa was most helpful with any questions and addressed the one minor problem immediately when it happened. (Cable guy serviced the neighbor, disconnected the wrong unit and left.)
Honestly it was a much nicer place than I needed, but it felt like home. Close to the beach, and not far for groceries, dining out, or whatever might be needed. Bonus: 2 shipwreck treasure museums in the area that shouldn't be missed!
The only downside I can think of is if you're a northerner and white as snow like I was when I arrived, be careful of the sun. By day 3 I looked like a boiled lobster despite liberal use of SPF 50. On the plus side, by the time I left I looked tan as any local!
