“Clean, welcoming and very quiet! ”

“Due to full occupancy in Torquay, we finally reserved 2 rooms at 13th Beach Golf Lodge for 1 night. All facilities in the lodge were new & the environment provided us a leisure moment. Breakfast with tea or black coffee was included but simple. It would be much better if Latte or Flat White could be included as they are not costy items. Food quality was fluctuated. My toast was over-baked. Restaurant staff was limited indeed so patient was required. ”

“Lovely home in a fantastic location for bayside walks and exploring Clifton Springs. The place was clean, comfortable and well set up, and the owners were very easy to communicate with. Check-in was simple and we definitely will be back!”

“Cafes, beach and parklands close by. Pet friendly but the yard is very small with no grass. We loved having it as our base to explore the area. The surrounding units were quiet so it was a very peaceful area to stay.”
