The balcony is possibly the best assest of this apartment, sunny, spacious and the best place to relax, enjoy a meal, sit in the sun and take in the every changing scenery. Residence Oleandro has a good size swimming pool. It is a shared pool with the rest of the residence. The swimming pool is open from 1st June to 31st September. Every Oleandro apartment has their own sun loungers so no one remains without.

A private road leading to the residence assures no through traffic. Every apartment has its own private parking spot. Should you need more than one parking place we can arrange this as well.
