“We had a great weekend at the River Valley Retreat in Franklin! The house was immaculate and well stocked, to include kayaks and bikes we could use. Amazing water pressure and great shower. The beds were very comfortable and the AC units kept the house comfortable, even on the 90 degree days. Lots of local places to eat in or have meals delivered. View of the river from the front porch with plenty of seating. We had everything we needed for a fun weekend away! Check in and check out were easy....

“We absolutely loved the place! Our family stayed here for a wedding weekend for our daughter. This place is beautiful and the lake activities were great from fishing to kayaking to the paddle boat to time in the hot tub. We need that the day after! Thanks again for everything and for the great communication! Can’t wait to come back again”

“House was very clean check in was bumpy, code didn’t work had a wait for owner to respond. House smelled highly of bleach floors were slippery not sure if they had a residue from cleaning. Kitchen needs more glassware like some cocktail glasses and wine glasses. More updates silverware also. ”
