Extremely dirty, no solution from the front desk. Some maintenance problems in rooms (leaks, paint) Loud karaoke next door until midnight. Convenient location. I would not stay there again even if the price is good.

This hotel is not as represented by the pictures on Expedia. All of the equipment in the gym was nonfunctional, some in pieces on the floor. The curtains in my room had hiles in them, and we're falling off the rods. The elevator did not work for my entire stay, and staff informed me that it had not worked for a long time. Some of the room numbers on the doors we're falling off. The walls in my room had foot prints on them. This hotel needs to be demolished or complete gutted.

Demanded bribe / hidden fee

The hotel lacks a good conduct of hospitality and service. The problems started with check in. The front desk attendant would not admit us at check in time. Her reasoning was that the 2 double bed room was booked under my name and not for a second adult. The hotel rules clearly state “Base rate is for 2 guests”. The attendant demanded an extra charge or a bribe to allow both of us to use the 2 double beds. I contacted hotels.com and they made several unsuccessful attempts in several hours to contact the property. I was left without the room I paid for because the hotel would not honor the written rules of their own agreement. Do not book. Hotel Embajadores does not make their guests feel welcome.

La mayoría de los hoteles descuidan mucho la parte más importante de la habitación que es el sanitario para mí en lo personal es lo que mas me preocupa en una habitación y también la alberca un tanto descuidada el agua y muy clorada dejo manchas de color verde en los trajes de baño

Las opiniones en Expedia son buenas y aceptables, elegí este hotel basándome en ellas. Pero en Google los comentarios son mucho más reales y acertados. Las habitaciones están aceptables considerando el precio, me pareció un buen lugar si vas solo a dormir. Los primeros días hicieron limpieza pero uno de ellos lo olvidaron y había bastantes cucarachas pequeñas. A las áreas comunes no les dan mantenimiento. Les comenté que no hicieron limpieza y fueron muy flexibles, les pedí que me cambiaran de habitación a una más limpia y me cambiaron sin problema. Si tuvieran más cuidado en estos aspectos mejoraría mucho el lugar, creo que tiene un gran potencial pues está cerca del centro y en general es muy agradable.

Me había hospedado varias veces en el hotel y varias cosas ya no son como las recordaba: el agua de la alberca estaba muy turbia,las habitaciones cumplen su función pero ya la pintura se esta cayendo, si necesitas más papel de baño debes solicitarlo, ya que no te ponen uno nuevo cuando el anterior se esta acabando, la ubicación es un punto muy fuerte, junto con la atención del personal

La verdad solo me quedé dos días y sirvió su función, si estaban un poco viejas las habitaciones y habían pocos conectores para celular, pero por el precio no está mal, mi llave no funcionaba bien y fueron rápidos al arreglarla, el personal del mostrador es serio pero no fueron groseros, los de limpieza muy amables, no hay agua caliente la mayoría del tiempo, el aire acondicionado estaba muy bueno, en conclusión si no te importa el hotel, si son pocos días no quieres gastar o si vienes por trabajo buena opción
