The hotel is at the heart of Merida, you can walk everywhere and find food food. The rooms are fine, you have everything to rest. I got a room with the windows facing to the street and it was noisy but it didn’t bother me.

Very clean and great location at an affordable rate. The only downside is parking is only included for 22 hours a day which makes no sense. If you have a car I ado not recommend. They did tell me at check in but a discount of parking is better than none.

I booked this property trusting the images but once arrived property and rooms are in poor conditions. Bathrooms smell and rooms do not have windows giving you the feeling you are in box. Parking is across the street and is open only from 7am to 12pm. Since the parking is public you have to pay $20 pesos x hour out of your allowance or included in your rate only from 8pm to 8am. Location is convenient, right in Merida downtown.

I was charged double when I got there Then they said parking was close so I had the car at 6am a moved it then they said I had to pay for parking then the toilet and the toliet had issues

El servicio no fue el esperado :( (El lavabo de manos estaba tapado, no tenía teléfono, no tenía refrigerador o frigobar, no tenía el letrero de no molestar, la privacidad es lo más importante para un huésped) No tenía estacionamiento, se tenía que pagar por separado.

Su mejor valor, es su excelente ubicación en relación a los principales atractivos que ofrece el centro histórico de Mérida. Sin embargo, es evidente la falta de mantenimiento de sus instalaciones y lo peor, la falta de atención en la limpieza de sus habitaciones. Esperarías algo más por parte del grupo Kavia.

Excelene ubicación del hotel, en pleno centro de la ciudad. La habitación muy reducida aunque por el precio no cabe la queja. Le falta mantenimiento (las llaves del lavado y la regadera están flojas y bailan mucho), Nos tocó habitación junto a la recepción y se escucha todo lo que se habla, además del ruido de los vehículos de la calle hasta la madrugada y muy tempreno, talvez con otro tipo de puerta solucionen ese problema.

La verdad es que el cuarto que me dieron primero tenía problemas de fuga de agua del lavamanos y olía a humedad, en el segundo cuarto ( que nos cambiaron) estaba sucio. Y como la habitación daba a la calle desde temprano se escuchaba mucho ruido. No me volvería a hospedar acá.

Muy lindo hotel y buen servicio

Muy buena estadía, los chicos de recepción muy amables, limpio y todo en orden. Solo la habitación que nos tocó daba hacia la calle y para dormir fue muy incómodo ya que se escuchan, autos, conversaciones y ruido en general. Aparentemente las demás habitaciones tienen mejor suerte. Por todo lo demás, estuvo excelente.

Hotel que carece de ventanas, el piso son la totalidad de azulejos. El baño olía a podrido. La chica que nos recibió muy buena actitud, pero el chico no fue muy atento.

Lo mejor es la ubicacion, a solo dos cuadras de la plaza principal. Para mi, un inconveniente es el estacionamiento pues el que brinda el hotel solo es por la noche y de dia, es con costo adicional.

Al baño le hacía parte de la puerta del baño, y se moja hasta la taza del baño. El penúltimo día, no pusieron papel, ni dejaron botes de agua.
