I’m not one to usually complain, but with a last min booking I needed a room fast. The pictures on the site didn’t look too bad for the price. However the website it a complete SCAM!!!! Nothing is the same in the pictures as when you are actually there. No lobby, no front desk, no breakfast, and no pool. Well there is a pool but I’ll show what it looks like. I have 3 kids under the age of 7 and I was worried for my children to even walk barefooted on the room floor. So I shouldn’t have to even explain how terrified I was for my trip to take a shower. On the other hand, they do have Wi-Fi but if to many people are on the TV at once it will not work. The phones in the room are just for looks they are not even plugged in. My RED FLAG should have been when I checked in at a window like I was talking to a inmate through glass and the sign that was taped to it saying after 10 minutes in your room, you are not able to cancel!!!!
Just a few more things to throw in there before my rant is over. The room is basically emptied. There is no extra furniture besides a desk and chair. The air should’ve been just for sure because as you can see in my pictures, the unit was barely staying together and I had it on 60 for two days and it was still not even cool my last night of staying there.
THE ONLY REASON I GAVE THIS PROPERTY A ONE STAR IS BECAUSE YOU CANNOT EVEN POST WITHOUT PUTTING A STAR FOR THE REVIEW SECTION.
