Canton Multicultural Center and Museum Tours

The property was fairly clean, and the rooms as well. However, the staff were not friendly, helpful, and kinda borderline rude and maybe discriminatory in their treatment of some guests, including my family. The male Indian guy was so rude and in of a good customer training class. The pool was totally operational and open for use when we arrived, but it inclimate weather so we didn't go in, but the next day the staff said we could get in after 9am. But at the Indian guy stopped us at 11:30am and said the pool was closed, even though all the other staff were all telling us it was open. He wouldn't even let us sit at the picnic tables in the pool area to relax and read... This was the Labor Day weekend, and it was very hot. A HUGE inconvenience! The workout room doesn't have AC, and it got hot inside very quick! The 3 pieces of workout equipment needed maintenance and repairs. You also have to bring your own shower gel or soap... OR you can purchase it from the front desk... They provided 1 very thin hand soap for use at the sink and the shower or again, you could purchase more from the front desk... The one good thing I can say,is the morning breakfast was tasty and very clean area to sit and eat. But it's only open from 6am to 9am, even on the weekends, so if you're a late sleeper, you'll miss it...

If I return to Mississippi I will stay here again

Rooms definitely did not look like the online pics. Broken furniture lots of stains on the floor and door handles, Rooms smelled like mold or like wet smelling carpet. One of our rooms has to be switched because it was stinking of smoking pot. I don’t know how the Cleanup crew, missed that. Front counter often times are not present to Checkout. Will not return
