In a word, outdated. While it was quiet, the place hasn’t seen any upgrades since the 80’s. It’s so outdated it seems sketchy at best. The one staff I dealt with was nice, check in was simple. Room seemed clean, but it was hard to tell because again, it’s so outdated. Probably won’t stay here again.

It’s clean, quiet, staff is very friendly and helpful. I wish it had an elevator for people with knee issues and some welcoming refreshments. ( juice, fruits and water).

This hotel is okay but needs some updating. Customer service was fair to midland. Afternoon clerk was rude and not pleasant. Maid service is every other day. This is unacceptable. Paid good money to stay at this hotel and ever since COVID hotels try to get away with this. No coffee when needed. This simple task must be made available at all times.

I have stayed here before because of its proximity to my family. Sadly it has become run down. Our room was fairly comfortable, but the bathroom door wouldn’t close all the way and there wasn’t a handle on the inside. I didn’t take pictures.

Had an event nearby, so the location was near-perfect for a 1-night stay. Booked an inside room but still had to go outside and up outdoor stairs in drizzle to reach. I think elevator was out of order. Still has a covid-era setup with a tiny slot for your card/id. Not likely to stay there again 7-11 right next door, which we used for breakfast. Bed and room were OK. Staff was friendly

Property was convienent for our plans we had this past weekend. The young man that works at the front desk was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Room wasn't as clean as we would have liked. We got parking right in front both nights we stayed over and felt better about this since we had a nice car rental.

I wasn't expecting anything great but the location was so convenient for where I needed to be the following day. Check-in was smooth. It wasn't too busy (perhaps because it was a Sunday night); I didn't hear any noise outside while in my room. My only gripe is that normally I can take the smell of smoke, but it was pretty strong, as if it wasn't aired out once in a while.

Check-in and check-out was easy and fast but the room overall was alright. First impression of the room was that it stunk of cigarette smoke. Despite booking a smoking room, there was no effort to rid of the pungent cigarette smell in the room (we didn’t think we could literally smoke in the room, seems like a fire hazard). When I originally booked it, I thought it meant there would be an available balcony but this place is more of an inn than a hotel and the window would not open. The television remote didn’t work and overall the photos on the website are misleading. The room itself isn’t terrible but not what you expect after seeing the photos on the website. Overall, my partner and I went to the nearby convenience store to buy an air freshener to help with the stench of the room (with a bit of creativity the room was a bit more cozy) and if you are looking for a quick place to stay the night in a time crunch, this place will do the job.

The only reason I stayed at this hotel after reading the reviews was because there was nothing else around in the area to stay for 1 night. We had an event but we knew it wasn't a clean place and didn't shower or bring any clothes inside. We slept for 5 hours after changing sheets, lysol, and put our own bedding on. Clearly you can see they dont clean the rooms, mildew, rundown motel that people rent hourly to do their thing. The staff was pleasant upon arrival and checkout. It was good for what we needed. I don't recommend it to anyone. The area is also very sketchy.
