The property was under construction and it was awful and actually scary. We ended up not staying because it was that scary. There were broken windows, a broken air-conditioned in the lobby, trash everywhere. It smelled like feces in the lobby bathroom. There was a smashed car just sitting in the parking lot. I felt unsafe to have my kids there.

This location should be shutdown, its in terrible, terrible condition, rundown, everything broken. Trash everywhere, my room which was the third attempt at something acceptable the door would not lock and I left after discovering bed bugs. The staff were not responsive, they even gave me room key for an occupied room. There is open prostitution and possibly drug activity in the parking lot. The pictures on the site do not match at all.

No water pressure, room has a hot water line hanging out of the wall , right by the bed with a 4” drain line. Property was not well maintained. Had a bad odor. And the biggest thing no breakfast as advertised. Don’t waste your money staying. Spend the extra $30 somewhere else.

I realize they are under new management and trying to renovate. But basic cleanliness was missing. There were fresh linens in our room, but otherwise it was obvious that it hadn’t been cleaned. Dead bugs and dirt on the floor, the toilet bowl still had things stuck to it from the last guests. No soap, single roll of toilet paper was almost empty, and shower curtain was moldy. Again, I understand renovation messes, but this went beyond that

Not clean at all, smells terrible had to buy my own air freshener and candles. Got moved from 1 room to another because the tv didn’t work and the second room looked like the door lock was tampered with. Booked for 2 nights and the second day i was woken up out my sleep by an employee asking why haven’t i checked out yet and I still had an entire day left.

The hotel is under reconstruction and completely unsafe for any human being to stay there, but especially women since the women’s restroom door won’t even close/lock to allow you privacy… there’s very little staff in the hotel, mostly construction workers working in the full remodel. Walls are coming apart, restroom door locks are broken and cannot be fully closed, everything is awfully dirty, staff is not helpful at all, and they won’t agree to reimburse you after you travel all the way there and decide to leave for your own safety. They are scamming people to make reservations, but literally, there’s no one staying there because it is inhabitable. The manager is never around and does not respond to emails. Save your time and money and run from this scam hotel. Pictures of the deplorable construction site were sent to Expedia but so far, no action has been taken…
