“Everything was great with one exception: the pillows. I've stayed at hotels around the world and these were the worst pillows ever. Take a dozen dog chews and knotted ropes, put them in a pillow case with some polyfill, and you're pretty close to what those pillows are like. Horrible is an understatement.
The staff was delightful and pleasant, accommodating and helpful.
But for $180/night, the Wyndham franchise holder needs to invest in new pillows full stop.”

“Amazing customer services. The evening as well as morning front desk staff were first class customer service staff and should be reinforced. The room was spotless and all services and amenities were over the top. It seemed as if it were a 5 star hotel at times. ”
