"Kathy is a sweetheart - and saved our annual fishing trip! I booked the wrong week on accident, and realized it on our travel day. I messaged Kathy, she was quick to respond and accommodated our date change with no hassle... and even had time to make us fresh (delicious!) cookies with less than 4 hour notice. She met us at check in, gave us the tour and was always available.The property is better than the pictures... quiet and secluded, and we caught fish for about 6 straight hours! The pond is loaded full of bluegill and bass... bring some worms and spend all day taking fish off the hook!The location is about 45 mins to lake erie, the property has a ton to be explored, and the cabin has EVERYTHING you may need. The only critique that I have is that the hot water has a strong sulfur smell, but its to be expected in this area. The property is 5 stars, and Kathy's communication and hospitality is 50 stars!"

"I have stayed here before but this time was the first time it was very noisy with traffic. The difference was we had a room in the front of the hotel facing the highway. For a quieter stay ask for a room away from the highway. "

"We booked a hotel in Cleveland and when we arrived they said our reservation had been canceled. Without any reason or notice. And it was 11:30 at night. Luckily we found The Falls motel about 45 miles away. The drive was easy and the motel was right off the turnpike. When we arrived the hotel manager was a pleasant man even though it was 12:30 am. We parked right in front of our room. The room was simple and very clean!!! Cold a/c, hot shower, clean towels and the bed was comfortable. We ended up staying another night. This little motel saved our tired a$$es and we would definitely stay here again!!!"

"Property grounds were well maintained, JT was very responsive and easy to work with. Kitchen was well stocked and able to support a family of 10 kids and 10 adults well. Blackstone was a nice amenity. Pool area was well kept, clean, orderly. Gazebo was a nice gathering place and the outside fridge was very helpful. Three season room was the perfect gathering place at night for game nights. Only tiny, nitpicking items would be small showers, limited grill spatulas. Overall the family was very impressed and is making plans to return! "

"Beautiful home and yard. Loved the swing on front porch. Also screened side porch. Nice fire pit in back yard but our stay was too short and we didn’t use. The cabin is gorgeous and has EVERYTHING you need. Bed was very comfortable and decor was beautiful. Will definitely stay here again next time we come to Ohio."
